Processors that Care

You have probably experienced the frustration of originating a loan, and then having to hustle to get it approved quickly. WE CAN HELP! Our Processing Center will submit your loan to the investor of your choice within 48 hours of receipt of the file. We can even help you choose a lender if you are unsure. We will also order the title, appraisal, clear the conditions we receive from the investor and get all of your loan documents to the title company. We also strive to work closely with you and your borrower so the loan closes quickly and smoothly.

At our Processing Center We

• Upload the emailed file to the lender of your choice (We can also help you choose an investor)
• Order appraisal and title
• Order payoff and subordination agreement (if necessary)
• Verify that disclosures are accurate and complete
• Review credit report, bank statements, pay stubs and W-2’s
• Submit hard copy loan package to lender
• Clear lender conditions
• Contact hazard insurance company for new mortgagee clause
• Prepare fee sheet for review by broker, then submit to the lender
• Coordinate closing schedule with broker and title company
• Follow up to confirm closing was successful
• Work with the title company to assure funding
• Quality control and assemble a post closing package and deliver to broker
• Keep the broker informed during the entire loan process
