Initiation Fee

There is a one time $495 initiation fee paid when you sign-up for The BankAgentProgram. Click here to start the sign-up process.

Payment is made using our secure online process.

(You application with be processed within one business day. If your application for membership is denied, your $495 fee will be refunded within one business day minus a $20 processing fee.)

Loan Fees

The following fees will typically be charged on each loan. These fees may be passed on to the Borrower. Regardless, the income that the recruit receives will be minus the following fees if the Borrower does not pay them. Each funding dispersal shall be accompanied by a signed copy of the Settlement HUD Statement and a Broker Demand submitted to and signed by a Bank Official and a copy of the net proceeds check.

These fees may be modified or adjusted as per requirements. From the different Investors/Lenders that are being closed with on a per file basis. Check with Processing and or the Account Rep to verify.

The above fees and the Administration may be charged on the HUD to the consumer. When these fees are not “passed through” then they shall be subtracted from the Origination Fee and Yield Spread Premium prior to the calculation of the commission percentage due Associate.
