Commissions Paid
(Loan Originator Assistant)

Recruits shall be paid a commission based on the sum of the Loan Origination Fee and Yield Spread Premium. This shall be defined as the Net Commissionable Income for purposes of this commission schedule.

Recruits shall be paid via the following commission schedule based on the Net Commissionable Income based off of the below schedule provided the recruit fulfills the necessary steps in the Origination Process in compliance with RESPA.  Those steps are including but limited to what is typically performed by a Loan Originator.

All commissions shall be paid via 1099. 

Commission Checks shall be cut on the 1^st and 15^th of each month or within 10 days after receipt of commissions from the Lending Agency.

We reserve the right to change the commission structure and pay periods with a 30-day notice given to the associate.
